User Data Deletion Request

Queen Touch Technology ("QTT") respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of personal information associated with their account and services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data, please submit a request using one of the following methods:

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include your registered email address and any relevant account information.

Verification Process

To protect user privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing a deletion request. Additional information may be requested solely for verification purposes.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will permanently remove:

Account profile information
Personal contact information
User-generated content where applicable
Authentication and login records
Associated application data not required for legal compliance

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security purposes, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal agreements.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of receipt.

Facebook and Meta Users

If you used Facebook Login or another Meta service to access our applications, you may also remove our app from your Facebook account settings. Once a valid deletion request is received, any information obtained through Facebook Login will be deleted in accordance with our User Data Deletion Request and Meta Platform requirements.
